1 gallon apple cider
Directions
In a large pot, pour in cider, juice, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Let it cool to room temperature. Add everclear and stir till mixed well. Pour in airtight containers. You may want to strain the mixture over nylon pantyhose or cheesecloth, but not mandatory. This should keep for at least 6 months.
