Directions
1.)wet the rim of glass and apply sugar around rim
2.) place the pineapple juice inside of the balloon and freeze
3.)peel balloon off the frozen pineapple juice ball
4.)place the ball of juice inside the wide glass
5.)pour perfered amount of vodka in glass
6.)drop 3 drops of blue food coloring dye around the ball of juice
