Ingredients
1 oz orange juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
3 oz soda water
1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Directions
Dissolve sugar in juices in a highball glass three-quarters filled with ice. Add soda, top with ice cream, and garnish with fruit. Add straws, and serve.
